I am just going to be real! Take it as you like client, this dude is good! I watch the CAVC court all the time, no lawyer does it better. And he knows l must mean it after my misconception of him and his law firm ( my bad), to be honest again! This is the best information and the best attorneys right here. I did the leg work to make sure. A to Z, they are battle tested. I sold cars top salesman 24 out of 24 months, l never lied to a customer , so l demand great customer service, l must say l got it a CC and K to , if you don’t used them spread the word. Veterans sharpens Veterans, they are that little file thing we should use to move forward mentally, physically, and financially. It feels good once you can feel everything rap up. Mine is rapping up because of CC and K, Thank you

Also, while it is true that by filing a supplemental cliam you can lose your earliest effective date, there are method to have the VBA award an earlier effective date.

My husband has several illnesses listed under Agent Orange. Does he file one claim at a time per disability, or does he put it all in one claim?

How long does it take to appeal to those higher options you mentioned? I have found that by filing a supplemental claim with new and relevant evidence the previous decision can be decided and reversed quicker...
@willjohnson8462 жыл бұрын
They key variable as mentioned in the above video is whether you have "NEW" and "RELEVANT" evidence not previously considered in the earlier decision.

I never heard of c a v c. I thought it was supplemental claim or higher court of appeal or BVA. I was denied and appealed to the BVA. But today I had DAV changed it to supplemental claim. I just recently got a Nexus letter from my doctor, therefore I think I'm better off going to the supplemental claim since they told me in the denial letter I did not have a Nexus letter. Also I'm thinking going supplemental claim would be much faster since I'm told the bva takes 2 years or more

I am coming in for a decision. The VA made an error and closed the claim as they were looking for medical records at a center that the veteran was never treated. I have a letter prepared if the decision does not grant us a R rating. The letter describes what a day looks like from a nurses point of view along with my degrees and license. It also has the R rating criteria in the letter. The claim is now reopened thanks to the FDVA advocate. We are awaiting the decision. I am sorry that I did not submit that evidence in the original filing. I was advised not to submit during the claim process as they told me it would slow the claim down. I hope this was true. I do believe he will be connected to the secondary claim but whether we get the R is another question. He is 100% and an L1/2 at this time. He is blind, has dementia.cant walk, has CHF all secondary to his original claim. He is 100% for neuropathy with a lot of other issues connected. We filed this June as the care to keep him safe at home is cost prohibitive. Original claim is back in 2010.

You fail to mention that new (or overlooked) evidence cannot be entered at the CAVC level (even if that was what you were trying to enter at the lower court). It can apparrently only decide if a mistake can be made..

@combatdouglas13062 жыл бұрын
Filing fees get paid up front.
@markcinco84052 жыл бұрын
They kinda mixed that up a bit. Contingency. So you only pay if you win, except not at CAVC, which CC&K does NOT charge if they take your case.* *They can't take every case and they won't tell you why not yours.

@chrismalloy1168 Жыл бұрын
Go to your veteran service officer in your community. Have your DD214 with you and all relevant medical records. Look up diseases connected. There are many conditions that are connected to Agent Orange. If your assignment to Vietnam is not present on your DD214 call your Congressional Office and get complete service record. If you even stepped foot in Vietnam it will be there. Jan 9th 1962 is the first time GIs in Vietnam were exposed. My service rep danced around for 2 years before I realized he was giving me a song and dance. The Congressional Office has the records.

Does a vet have a chance in hell for a disability that was service related but never treated or documented?
@chrismalloy1168 Жыл бұрын
I would apply. When you are in service you usually do not have the illnesses that develop from war and show up years from the service date. Think of diabetes. That is Agent Orange connected. My husband got diabetes 10 years after discharge and proceded to develop every complication known to the disease. He got connected for all of it 40 years after Vietnam. We had no idea that diabetes was related to Agent Orange. The Manasota Lighthouse for the blind in our area were the people who told us of the VA connection.
