I used to run every fucking day. In high school I would qualify for Zone, and then Regionals for Cross Country. Somedays I did two runs in one go until my legs started to ache. I was younger then. Last several months, maybe over a year, I've been feeling exhausted all the time. All the fucking time. Last week I received my diagnosis of mild sleep apnoea. The fatigue cuts into every part of my day. But I'm fighting. I've started swimming lessons. I'm doing badminton and boxing consistently every week. I make effort to hit the gym and do weights. And I'm cutting all the poison out of my diet. I'm only 22. I used to watch these videos, and listen to ET, CT Fletcher Chispa Motivation, AlexKaltsMotivation etc everyday, while I had breakfast in the morning and while I studied at night, since I was 17. It got me so far. It got me into med school. Somewhere along the way I stopped. I got lazy and I got tired. Fuck that. I'm back. And I'm not leaving.
