Welcome back great to see you. Ugg, Covid, I had it and gosh the body aches were horrible so I know how you are feeling🤒🤕. Theraflu, soup, tea and water along with a lot of SLEEP helped me a lot. Relationships, you get what you put into it to make it grow. Advice, Communication, talk it out, do NOT hold anything inside. No one can read your mind you have to say what you are thinking, feeling, wanting, and needing from the other person. I am so very happy for you.

I usually bottle things up until I explode but have learned to express in the moment or even after I’ve taken a few hours to decompress. Relationships are extremely hard but can be very rewarding.
