Thank you! Honestly will say I was lucky. Told my landlord I had a job..it was supposed to be a 3-month lease so I paid first and last. He didn’t ask for any thing else

I got lucky really. Told my landlord I had a job, the place was vacant and desperately needed someone to take it , it was short term lease ( even thoigh I have decided to stay) so it just worked out

It’s more like a security deposit loool. So the last month you stay there , you won’t pay

Security deposit are mostly paid on apartment as deposit incase something get spoiled in the room it will be deducted. Incase you are moving out and nothing is broken it will be given to you.
