The 2 basement units weren't bad and I liked that one that didn't have any parking. The last town house that was furnished and that you were already dreaming of living in was really, really nice too. I think that was my favourite. Dope video. I've learnt a few things about renting in Toronto. 👍🏾

Only con with all these new buildings is that your landlord can increase your rent by any amount unlike building built before 2020 that have rent control.

Nice video!...I used to live in Toronto in 2011, back when they were building condos everywhere. I had friends living on Front Street paying $1400 for a 1 bed + decent size den and they only used to ask for first and last months rent😌.

I got a shared apartment when I landed without any of these. I also know people who get people to pair up with before landing . Also you might want to look into houses instead of condos, those are relatively easier
