This is one of the things that God dealt me with last year 😭😭😭😭And because of over sharing,a lot of damage was done . I thank God that He came through for me even though I learnt the hard way 😅😅.

And also to add on , what I’ve realized with my oversharing is that I didn’t have specific people to talk to ,so every person that opened up to me I’d then give too much information because there was a lot I was dealing with ,I found sense of comfort in the wrong arms ..then later regret and realize it was not even necessary for me to share ..it’s very important to have people who are trusted & approved by God .

From your previous comment, I'm really happy to hear that God came through for you ❤️. We really do need to guard against opening up everywhere we go.. It's something I really struggled with as well. Until God told me to pray more in the seasons where I just wanna talk. I've, since then, found that I share less with people because I've shared a lot in prayer. I'm praying with and for you❤️.
