Dr.Svobhoda i can't thank you enough...in 2004 i blew up, i still don't know what that was but everything just exploded in me and i was rendered no more than a living flesh, 3 years into living in death, a friend of mine asked his friend for help, her mother was a very old sadhaka who refused to see me but recommended me to read Aghora, i smiled and laughed and felt alive again after 3 years. Its been 19 years, im still not fully functional but your book gave me lot of answers and i credit it for whatever little progress I've made in this life. So blessed you are to have met a guru like Aghori Vimalananda🙏🏾

Well that's quite helpful. Much more elaborated than usual. Could you also translate vritti as motility? I don't think we have a word in english that suggests only the meaning of the dynamic of expansion/contraction Thanks.
