One considers Agastya (Agathyar in Tamil) to be the creator of siddha medicine, and the other one considers Tirumoolar to be the forefather of not only siddha medicine but the entire Siddhanta doctrine. Dear Dr. Robert, I have a very essential question that has been bugging me for months. Therefore, I am hereby presenting the same to your esteemed intellect in hopes that you may guide me appropriately. With whatsoever knowledge Maa has been so gracious to shower upon me till now, I have essential understood that visualization is one of, if not the, most important aspects of Spirituality, as it essentially is the most fundamental part of any given spiritual sadhana/practice. Therefore, it actively hurts me asking this, but then what about the people who have Aphantasia, i.e. people who essentially cannot 'visualize'? Do they share their fate with the men who are infertile, as in they are also not born to get into this sadhana business and just lead on their regular mundane life? Please, most kindly share your thoughts, and moreover a video on the same would also be highly helpful.

One major blindspot in ayurveda is always branding meat as impure/tamasic. Veg diet as recommended by ayurveda and eastern philosophies has ruined the health of countless westerners by saying that meat is bad and only bad. This is actually harmful to people with northern genes whose ancestors lived and they themselves live in extremely cold climates such as in Scandinavia and North Europe. Ayurveda has no clue of this whatsoever. I know a number of people whose health was ruined by veg diet, myself included. It is actually devastating.

I am right now in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. I have been going to a siddha clinic and can see positive results after two weeks. So grateful for these ancient sciences.
