My favourite part of this boss was how trying to hit Dohalim with Kisara boost attack was actually harder than just dodging the thing.

but successfully countering the charge stops it entirely, the alternative is dodging 2-3 charges in a row... and at least 1 party member is likely to die from said charge!

Played it on Hard. The boss is easier when you're left with one character. XD Easier to read when you're left alone. Or maybe it's just my adrenaline??? =)))) His charge kills everyone in its path with one hit in Hard.

You know what’s weird, with the exception of rinwell and alphen, you fight every party member in this game(Law, Dohalim, Shionne kinda with her thorns, and kisara)

I had no idea what I was doing when I took on Dohalim and I got stuck halfway through the fight with only Shionne left alive. Amazingly, I beat it, but it took like 15 minutes of me just dodging him and hitting him with my long-range attacks whenever I could lol.

Fuck this boss fight, it was mostly fine but his fucking charge attack was bullshit, the only counter to it is the shield girl's special attack but when I would call it in she would MISS just like Darkness from Konosuba and his attack would hit me anyway, that agrivated me to no end.

Yes I didn't grind in the game and didn't want to so played standard. Check cginferno. He played on hard. Check his walkthrough. Hope it helps

only boss that was somewhat hard on hard was boss 2 ganabelt. Mainly due to the lack of abilities and still fairly new to the game. Also it was pretty much impossible at the time ( I didn't really grind I would just clear the area of all enemies then go to next etc.) to kill all the clones to stop indignation (I got 1 down and another to 10~ ish % before the cast). I played as alphen for the whole game.

@@veeshadow The problem is, I was watching some spoiler free reviews and a bit of very early game footage, trying to avoid spoiling anything beyond that, so it's frustrating. Like, it's one thing if I were to watch a full walkthrough or stream and complain about it, but what bugs me here is he has a major spoiler directly in the title, and it ended up on my KZbin feed before I could click if off. That just sucks!

At the time of writing this...this boss is not fair. Barely doing any damage to a boss with loads of health, who can one-shot you, is not fair. How anyone can cope with this boss above Story mode is beyond me.

Got him on Moderate after 4 tries, damn was he tough. Don’t think I even hit a boost attack from Kisara when he charged, I found it much easier to perfect block. Definitely a tough boss.

Ganabelt is harder for me tbh. My list for lords from annoying to cake walk is 1. Vloran 2. Ganabelt 3. Dohalim 4. Aldemeria 5. The fire dude

Are you properly optimize your accessories? With proper equipment, his fight is plenty easy using Opal -Wind/Earth DMG -50%.

@@erikk7478 at the time, I didn't see the need to make the Opal accessory to reduce the Earth Element damage, looking back now; I probably should have lol
