Bro as a ff15 fan I can recognize some of the monster models are in this game. Like slimes, the malboro, a griffin, cockatrice, mindflayer and the quetzaalcoatl.

Such as easy boss fight, even when underlevelled. I beat it at level 41 and decided to repeat it until I got my party to level 45 as you get extra exp for killing enemies that are above your level.

it's called Radiant Ward. powers her normal attacks if she is in the circle. It's a weapon ability you can master. Again it was something in or right before gongaga
