People criticizing her don't really understand what it takes to do this type of thing. I think what people fail to realize is that she's a performer. She's in movies and commercials. Her main focus isn't applying her martial arts to self defense. That being said, this kind of leg strength and flexibility is extremely difficult. I'm not quite on her level but I work every day to be able to do some of this stuff. While I'm pretty damn good, it's a lot of work. If you're going to criticize this, please know something about it! Because people who do know about this, will not be making fun of Chloe Bruce!

To be able to execute the katas in such way and perform on that level you have been practicing for quite some time and that for a bit more than 2x an hour the week in a Mc Dojo... Many kumite/full contact champions do exactly that after they decide to stop competition - polish their katas. You can't have perfect katas in the beginning, get old then start competition. All Martial Artists deserve respect for the hard work and dedication that it takes to reach competitive levels. This young lady has obviously dedicated her entire life to MA training, but the truth of the matter is, not TKD nor any other Martial Art will pay the bills unless you own a dojo. It seems that somewhere along the way she did change her focus from competitive, traditional TKD to Extreme MA and professional exhibitions. Extreme MA is exciting to watch, and the many EMA athletes I have met have much more of a background than just EMA. Maybe its better that we all just either follow her and enjoy her unbelievably agile and flexible talents, or we change the channel, right? Hating makes no sense at all.

TBH all people saying this isnt propper Martial Arts like fighting stuff, thats cos Chloe is performance martial artist. Without a doubt she could kick some ass, so there is no need for really pointless comments about it not being martial art. I love Chloe i think she is AMAZING at what she does :D

What she's doing is really difficult, amazing and takes years of training but... that's all there is to it. She's a performer, not a martial artist. I would love to see her in a sparring competition, only then i will be convinced that she's a genuine martial artist and not merely a stunt woman or an actress. But nobody can deny, she's a very good acrobat, similar to those Chinese acrobats performing on stage... and I bet, nobody can also deny that after seeing her stunt twice or thrice, the next one will not be that impressive anymore cause she's doing the same thing over and over again... i'm not trying to put her down, she's really good, as a performer...

To everyone saying that this is just dance and she's not tough - you all should really and truly try the things she's doing here... takes incredible strength and balance and power. Martial Arts has many different sides - the artistic side just happens to be her strength, just like many other martial artists. Just because she demonstrates her fantastic ability in the arts side, does not mean that she isn't strong on the fighting and defense side as well. Try it. Get over yourselves.

I think most of the commenters approaching this video with a negative attitude are just assuming that everything this girl can do in the DEMONSTRATION is how she would fight competitively a/o on the street. I have no doubt this person has still been properly trained and could hold her own in a competition, in "real fighting", but people love to be entertained. Hope you all realize that.
