What my theories for Chloe's Eevee would be: It could have a connection to Eeveelutions we have NEVER seen before It could be similar to Partner Eevee, or be an Eevee with a G-Max Factor, or have Extreme Evoboost

I'm still so freaking annoyed that they threw away the opportunity to have Chloe's Eevee unlock her Gigantamax form. It would've been a great way to explain why she couldn't evolve in the first place.

To be honest, I’d’ve taken the Let’s Go route and would’ve given it all the signature moves. Given that Chloe’s not battle focused and that her Eevee uses Copycat, I could see her Eevee seeing moves that match the Eeveelution types and then in an attempt to replicate them, creates said signature moves.

Eevee’s dna by lore is said to be UNSTABLE STILL so it can evolve into more different types than what we’ve already seen by people in the Pokémon world DONT know how to trigger the other eevelution types like dragon, steel, bug, and whatever cause those forms are yet to be seen as well close eevee might evolve Into one of those U KNOWN EEVELUTIONS cause the researches said that eevee of close its dna is MORE UNSTABLE THAN NORMAL

Unfortunately, May could not make a new speaking appearance due to her Japanese voice actress developing a permanent vocal cord condition sometime after DP, and the Pokémon Company didn’t want to replace her. VAs don’t change mid-show as much in Japan as they do here. And I imagine this choice was made out of respect for KAORI (who voiced May).

Also Pikachu using Misty’s VA was only for a few scenes where his JP voice was talked over by other characters, making the voice sample for those lines unusable. Most of the other English VAs changed when the dub changed hands. But again, I was not talking about the dub.

It would've been awesome, but unfortunately the games didn't introduce a new Eeveelution... So that couldn't happen. It would've helped many people too love Koharu and Eevee and their arc a lot more if that was the case, and it would promote the new Pokemon a lot too. It should've been what happened, honestly.

@@eglol there were many cases of new Pokemon being introduced BEFORE it's generation in the anime. So it wouldn't really be so out of the range of things that were already done to give her new Eeveelution BEFORE it was revealed for the games.

There's another path to go down too. Chloe and Eevee return to the research center and learn more about Eevee's unique constitution that makes it not evolve. Upon researching they find out Eevee has a unique nature, that actually DOES allow it to evolve, but not via the usual stones. By refining and concentrating the power of an evolutionary stone, Chloe's Eevee can in fact evolve, but it's genetic resilience actually REVERTS it back into an Eevee after a period of time. This results in Eevee gaining the ability to evolve into any evolution for a small period of time; referencing Red's Eevee from the manga.

Ngl, Chloe showing up to watch Ash's battle with Leon seemed like a slap in the face. She never showed up to any of the other battles Ash had in the WCS, so she couldn't provide much in terms of Companion Commentary on Ash's match, except for Shock, Awe, and Cheering. Imo, Ash's friends to watch the match should have been Brock, Dawn, and Paul. Then after Ash's 4 part Battle with Leon, and Goh's 2 part Project Mew Finale, we could have had a definite Finale episode to Chloe and Eevee's Story, ending 1 of 2 ways: Eevee being revealed to Giganta Max (Maybe Bea as a Reoccurring character to show Chloe this path), or Eevee suddenly learning 2 or 3 of the LG Partner Eevee moves in the Episode, with that being the reason why Eevee won't evolve, cause of these Special Moves that other Eevee can't normally learn. My ideal conclusion: The LG Partner Eevee moves.

The perfect Eevee is the ones able to use the Eevee exclusive Z move. Eevee's my fave pokemon because it has the potential to become so many different types, but the Z move brings out all that potential all at once without it having to evolve and loose all but one potential typing. (Design wise I prefer Shiny Eevee, and if I had to choose a fave Eeveeloution it'd be [Shiny] Umbreon)

I was waiting for it to be revealed it was an Eevee that could gigantamax , but it never happened and it made me upset, because they did not give a reason as to why it couldn't evolve besides it's genetics being weird compared to other Eevee's but HOW were they weird? like it being able to gigantamax would have been a good explanation or hell even a New Eeveelution would also work for the explanation because it would be a new one that probably hasn't been discovered yet, and Chloe and Eevee would of been the first ones to discover it

Haven't watched Journeys but this seems like they wasted both of their characters heck i got some ideas of my own 1. Give Eevee an exclusive Mega Evo maybe have them meet Sycamore and maybe Alain and during an episode have the group find a mega stone and an Eeveeite a new stone exclusive to eevee and have Chloe mega evolve Eevee to show how close they are. 2. Go down the Ash Route and have Chloe use EVERYTHING! The Eevee Z Move, Copycat and its Lets go Moveset, Gigantamax and if Gamefreak really wanted to give Eevee some love then give it a Mega like i said. 3. Have Eevee gain a brand new type Evo either one of the basic types or heck a normal type evo and/or do something similar to what Pokemon Super Eevee edition did and have Eevee be able to access ALL of its evos and any new ones with a special item and heck add everything else then you got yourself one OP Eevee xD that aside it would've really given this girl some love and showed how much she and Eevee has grown from how they first started out to how they ended.

I think if they planned for a character to have an eevee that's trying to figure out what to evolve into they should've made a new eevee form for pokemon shield. Missed opportunity. (I would've loved to see a dragon type eevee form but that probably wouldn't work with chloe lol)
