I don't really have a favorite tree, but one that I find particularly impressive is the Sandbox Tree. It's poisonous, covered in spikes, and has exploding fruit. It's basically the most aggressive tree ever, and I find it amazing that such a stationary organism can be so deadly.

Favorite Tree: honey locust The first thnk I thought of regarding Sylveon was Fairy Ghost, for some reason. Here’s a thought. Queenvee. Evolves when a female eevee reaches level 100. A pure normal type with 700 bst total, Queenvee is a noble leader of other pokemon, seemingly able to control all eevee and their evolutions. There has never been more than one Queenvee observed at any time.

When warm blooded animals can't effectively radiate the heat they produce, they die of heat exhaustion. But since Flareon shouldn't outright die from heat (he's fire type) him becoming a ghost type is cool, since that signifies that he's given up trying to fit to conventional biological logic.

I don't know if it's my favorite per se, but I really like ginkgo trees. Something about how ancient they are just strikes my fancy. They're a relict of a time before flowers existed. Their method of pollination is so unlike any other kind of tree alive today, and on top of that, I think they're pretty.

People dog on Flareon competitively because of its hidden ability Guts. Guts boosts your attack when statused and ignores the burn halving your physical attacking damage. But flareon, being fire type, cannot hold the flare orb and get burned. It can’t be burned at all. So it has to run toxic orb. Which will kill it off in six turns without damage from the opponent. Then, its physical movepool isn’t even that good. It did get a semi-buff when it got trailblaze, but that’s all it has going for it. Just run other guts mons.

i have to say sylveus is my favourite of the bunch. i think it captured your vision of a destabilized eeveelution the best out of the four... not that the other three are bad, in fact i like the direction behind all of them, but sylveus pushed the envelope the most in altering the general silhouette of the eeveelution before it. i’d be very interested in seeing the rest, and you’ve definitely inspired me to take a crack at designing some of my own in the future. :)

My favorite tree is Dracaena draco, more commonly known as the “dragon tree.” Dragons are my favorite thing in the entire universe, so of course my favorite tree would be the one with dragon in its name twice. Not only that, but it is one of the only sources of a material known as “dragon’s blood,” which is a red resin that makes it look like the tree is bleeding.

Ironically, Umbreus is probably the one I take the most umbrage with (pun not intended, but very much maintained). Leafeus I absolutely love; you hit the nail on the head with that one. I think most of my complaints with Flaerus come down to color scheme and that the lore is a bit of a leap; maybe you could say instead that it got so hot it burned its way into the spirit world, or that its soul merged with the fire? Lastly, Sylveus is weird, but not in an entirely untoward way. But Umbreus. So, to explain a few things, one... Umbreon has always struck me as being... well, you know those ecosystems where, due to scarcity or extreme conditions, the top-order carnivores are basically the size of a house-pet? Umbreon has always seemed like one of those, an exercise in biological efficiency, and its demeanor reflects it. It's smart, dignified, and deeply capable, despite its unassuming package. Leafeus maintains Leafeon's serenity, despite its radically new shape. Flareus, despite is darker presence, still holds a bit of Flareon's cuddliness and looks like it has a gentle side-that you could see it nuzzling happily and without ill-will. Sylveus, while wild, keeps at least passably well with Sylveon's eccentricity. But Umbreus loses Umbreon's dignified & intelligent demeanor in favor of a more muscular, animalistic one. Which is really a shame. That's my two-cents, at least.

This is honestly my favorite take on the eeveelutions. Making it so they all have a new type that adds in the other types works so well in comparison to having one eeveelution per type and making Eevee one of the most overpowered Pokémon because you just get one eeveelution per type early on. You keep the idea of the eeveelutions with the unstable evolution and the same ending per name. I personally love this more. It makes some of my favorite Pokémon so much more appealing and enjoyable. The eeveelutions could be more useful. They now have another type so more moves and more advantages/disadvantages/etc. I need the rest of these and I wish that these were actually real. They look like new Pokémon and yet like actual new evolutions. The added types actually fit pretty well too and they aren’t the usual types people give to their fake evolutions/Megas to the eeveelutions. I need a part two and I can’t wait to see vaporeon who is one of my favorites- especially because Leafeon is probably my second favorite and I love leafeus so much. Keep up the great work!!

These are so good! They're all great, but Leafeus is my favorite, both lore and art! My favorite tree is the Vachellia Tortilis, an African tree that kind of looks like an umbrella. The shape and color of it are just great, and when I played Zoo Tycoon as a kid, all my savanna habitats were decorated with it. Favorite grass type is Bellossom, though the Sprigatito line has given it some competition! It was the first non-water started I ever picked, and I played since Blue.

If you do a part two, could I suggest a psychic-flying Espeon? The Pokédex talks about how it uses its psychic powers to predict the future and read the weather. I think since parts of its abilities are connected to the weather, the flying type would be a good addition

I would totally have one on my team. I’d love to see you follow the “lore” of the 3 beasts actually being eevees who died in the fire, and turning all the other eeveelutions into legendary beasts! The most wild thing I’ve heard said about eeveelutions is that if they went all out on a third stage it’d be it’s own complete Pokédex. Their reasoning is that a second stage of evolution would be further more specific adaptations, and as a result would be at least as varied Per Evolution as they are compared to Eevee.

My favorite tree is the Manchineel tree. The most dangerous tree in the world. Everything about it is poisonous, eating the fruit can kill you, touching it can leave blisters. If you stand underneath while it's raining, even just the water dripping off will cause blisters because it gathers some of the poison from the tree.

After the Legends Arceus game, I hope they would have done one in Johto, I theorized they could have reveal that the three legendary dogs were not just the three eeveevolutions we were hinted at in the Johto region, but secret third stages that the method to evolve them were lost in time.

@@imbored1179 Paradox Pokemon are ancient/future forms of modern-day Pokemon. If we now have ancient forms of the legendary beasts then the lore of the beasts is now different. The Eevee connection was all fan theory

Leafeon is my most favourite Eveelution and I love the illustration, but I think it would've looked a bit more good without the tree tail! You could've given it the small dear tail or a bushy tail! My favorite grass type is Leavanny tho!

I really like the idea of having eeveelutions gaining a secondary typing and an evolution is a great way to gain one. If we get a part two I’d love to see Jolteon’s being part bug as I always thought it was weird it learned pin missile, even with the spiky hair. Oh yeah my favorite Grass type (and by proxy favorite Pokémon) is Decidueye. It’s an archer owl (owls are my favorite animal) that has my favorite two types with the Alolan version (Grass 2nd and Ghost 1st) but Hiusian is really cool with the autumn color scheme and scrappy as a hidden ability too. A close second favorite grass type would be either Shiinotic or Breloom although I really like Leavanny and Arboliva too. (Also since I watched the entire video my favorite tree is Sakura trees but Birch trees are a close second)

I think Leafeus could have had an additional bit of lore where it says it's an emissary of Xerneas, making sure to protect the forests its master gave life to while it is hibernating, it would fit so perfectly for that amazing design and description. Also I'm conflicted with Sylveus; as an evolution of Sylveon I'm not too fond of it, but as a Pokemon on its own, I really love it.

I have been a pokemon fan from day one, all the way back in the late 1990s and I'm embarrassed to admit I have NEVER considered Eeveelutionlutions! And these were fricken sick. I hope you do the rest. These were so awesome. And making them pseudo-legendary makes so much sense since amongst us life long pokemon fans, they are. Thanks for the video!

Flareus and Leafeus are probably my faves so far. I think I'd nickname them Sein and Gaia. I look forward to seeing a part 2 to this. I noticed that each of the pairings is with a type that would've been considered physical pre-Sinnoh. I hope this trend continues since all the eeveelutions types are (or might've been for fairy) considered special back then. that's why I speculated a dragon type Eeveelution if there was ever going to be a final one. Espeon's weather predicting nature suggests a flying type Espeus, Steel seems the best fit for Jolteus due to Jolteon's charging style, which kinda leaves Rock and Bug to give to Vaporeus and Glaceus.

A way you could put some more insparation into Flareus would be something from the sun as Flareus is basically a fire god so what more perfect then the sun itself but specifically the fact that the Suns atmosphere is hotter than it's surface and the reasoning to which still being unknown so the lore of Flareus could literally be that the Fire mixed with it's soul burst out and caused a aura much hotter than itself to form around it.

Umbreus is definitely my favourite of these, it has a cool colour scheme and amazing Shiny, but I thought Leafeus was also pretty cool, can't wait for next Eeveelutions to get evos. My favourite grass type is Sceptile, and my favourite tree is either Oak or Pine (but I'm allergic to Pine trees, random to mention ig but it kinda sucks when I'm around them). 🌲.

I’ve never thought about my favorite tree. I like weeping willows, crape myrtles and dogwood trees. Favorite grass type? Probs Chikarita and its evolutions w honorable mention to Roselia.

Flareon was always my favourite of the originsl 3 Eeveelutions, and I think it has the best evolution of these. It looked like it was in danger of looking to sinister at first with the skull design, but you toned it down very nicely. Fire/Ghost is a very easy type combination to go to, but this doesn’t feel like any that we’ve got before.

When i was 8 i used to draw all kinds of eeveelutions, i still do sometimes, its such a fun pokemon, only complaint is that umbreon looked a little short in terms of length. I felt that it's torso needed to be longer. But overall this is a very well thought out evelutions. Love the art
