Love the way you all are teaching your children the basics of life-how to survive. My mother-in-law knew a lot about herbs. I wish I had ask her more about it. You have a beautiful space to wander. Do you ever see bear when you are out? We have a 600 pound bear on our farm we have to watch out for. I loved your words at the end. Yes God is in control. 🙏😊♥️☕️🍁🍂

Priscilla, I love all the information you share about what you pick and find in the woods. We also live deep in the forest but I am never sure about what to pick but for the blackberries of which we have acres of. You had a great return on all your work and plenty of offerings from nature. I think that is so beautiful. Blessings........and again thank you!

You know a lot about these plants and their properties. Very interesting. 🤔 Thank you. ❤❤❤❤. In my country, South Africa, the Kalahari Bushmen (San people) would use plants as medicine too. We have a "Rooibos" tea here. "Rooibos" translates to "Red bush". God bless you and your family. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

So beautiful. I grow up in the same house with grandparents from my mom side, we pick up yarrow and sale to government, also Sf.John Worth, but we had to dry them. Later in fall rosehips, we sale those too and we make rosehips preserve or use for tea in winter time.

I love to forage like you do. I like fireweed as well. I made a few batches of fireweed jelly this year as well as dried some for tea. Red clover is also good to forage. Pretty much most wild plants have a use.
