They are the best! The yellow is named Lille which means ‘little’. The dark one is Gringu, he is named after the German Shepherd we had when I was a baby. It’s so funny to suddenly see our dogs on KZbin. So cool!

We live in Ilulissat for our third year now. Husband with Munck building a new upgraded airport so bigger planes can land here? I love your video and your excitement seeing and experiencing everything! Reminds me so much of us when we arrived here! Greenland is just an amazing country! So so beautiful! You must come and visit Ilulissat! Third largest town with 5000 inhabitants and 3000 greenlandic sled dogs! You will love it here! We also have the most productive fjord in the northern hemisphere and a UNESCO World heritage site! Takuss! ❤

Glad you made it. Many of us have tried several times by Cruise Ship and also by Air but have had our trips and and tours cancelled due to bad weather and "other" extenuating circumstances. If you book a trip to Greenland its as likely as not that you will not make it.

I’m not sure if it is a year round thing! You do kinda get used to it after a while, and they sell some trendy mosquito head nets ;) we were here in September

The mosquitos are here from spring to autumn. Qaqortoq has them, Narsaq the nearby smaller town not so much. We don't almost have them in Qassiarsuk (Brattahliđ).
