HOW TO CURL WITH A FLAT IRON || short hair

I’m 28 years old and have never been able to curl my hair. I know that’s ridiculous, but it’s how I am. I’ve literally always had to have a friend or stylist do my hair when I go out because EVERY time I curl my hair, it looks horrendous. I followed this tutorial, with very little hope, and I FINALLY CURLED MY HAIR. I never knew using a straightener was this easy! Also, I love the sound of your bracelets while doing your hair. I know that’s a weird thing to add, but it almost felt like an ASMR video because of them and I loved it lol

The top section of our hair gets more weather damage bc it’s more exposed to the wind, sun, rain etc. That’s one of the reasons that it is generally harder to work with it 😊🌺 Thanks for your tutorials! I’m loving the short hair on you!

Got my short bob and I tried curling with flat iron.. Def need to practice that. Made me regret chopping my hair but i can't let it get me down. Ill keep trying to perfect this.

Super cute! It sometimes ends up looking weird when the ends are still straight but with how you have it cut and the way you style it I really love the combination of the wave with the straight end. Thank you for sharing!

Ohmygoodness! This tutorial changed the game for me! I’ve always used a curling iron for my curls but it was so much easier and they turned out so well with the straightener!! I’m so glad that I came across your videos. I recently got a haircut very similar to yours and felt like a hot mess because I didn’t know what to do to stylet. The only thing I would say is that I can’t quite get the flat iron technique. It looks so easy and you do it so fast. I don’t quite get why my waves look so different or don’t wave at all.

Your hair looks so good. I have trouble sectioning it, which sounds dumb but I always grab too much and have to redo parts. How do you keep your hair from getting wet, crunchy, or flat when you wash your face or take a shower? When I pull mine back with a headband to wash my face it messes up my bangs and even if I wear a shower cap there are pieces that get wet - I feel like I can’t salvage it the next day so I wash/dry/curl more than I want to or should be doing with fine bleached hair. New sub here....LOVE your hair- I'm trying to grow mine out exactly like yours it's just takes a while. I had to almost shave my head last week after 3 metal corkscrew thingys that become invisible in hair and secures buns etc. got intertwined in my low bun. My hair was down to my waist and tangled easily. After a week of being extremely sick and bedridden, it became matted and tangled beyond imagination. Clipping it to a buzz cut was the only way out. Any tips on speeding up hair growth?
