Drinking soda on the flight helps settle your stomach and pop your ears! Helps me with anxiety. Don’t drink coffee before! And stay hydrated.

I used to take antidepressants and one of the medicin makes you sleepy. I have since stopped taking antidepressants but saved some of those sleepy pills for flights. Works like a charm just super hungry the next day. If you come by Gothenburg I will give you one for the flight home. and check out the forest!

Hi Chloe I love your videos!! I'm also a nervous/anxious/panicky flyer and I recently moved to Austria from Canada for school, so I'm making several 9+ hour flights a year 🙃 I've been taking this supplement called GABA, Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, that it an inhibitory neurotransmitter naturally produced in the body. I take some the night before and morning of my flight and it's helped me to calm down to even sleep on flights. Look into it to see if it could work for you 💚💚💚

the olly sleep pills put me to SLEEP! its a little too much for me so i can only take them on special occasions. my friend in college and his roommates all collected bottles of them like infinity stones. seriously the boys' whole house smelled like olly sleep pills, not a bad scent but it was wild. they filled an entire bookshelf with empty containers. safe to say some ppl really love them.
