And this video was an amazing watch, you are so well spoken and I really enjoyed listening to your story. Very inspiring, not only to keep on trying but also to embody the change we want to see. I had a bad high from weed when I was nineteen. It was really scary. I thought I was dead and that people couldn't see me. I got lost in the city. I was probably only lost for about an hour but it felt like forever. When I got home I was still scared and I eventually fell asleep and when I woke up I was okay. But the effects of the high did linger for a while. I was scared for a few months that something happened to me when I was high, I kept thinking what if I just don't remember and then I would get scared randomly and think I was dead. It was frightening but I did get over the fears I had.

Ur life story is so inspiring to me!! Day after I watched this video I decided to smoke weed after being sober for 16 days from it an I had a really bad anxiety attack! It only affected me for 3 days after but during those 3 days I kept thinking about your story and I told myself it will fade this will not last forever it will pass. Seeing how u overcame ur anxiety attack helped me through it! Tysm 🐵🩷

Omg I am adopted. My mom who adopted 7 kids and never got married or really had a relationship with a man or had kids of her own, stopped working altogether and was just living off of the money she got each month from the state because she adopted us. She isolated us and barely let us go out unless it was something she wanted to do. When she ended up having to get a job for the first time in years she blamed us for the reason why it was hard for her to get a job after not working for such a long time. Even though it was her choice. Eventually she was able to get back into her field which was teaching. But she held the money she made over our heads every second she got. As soon as I got my first job she started asking for more and more money while I was living with her until I was living paycheck to paycheck under my mom's roof

Thank you for sharing your life experiences and struggles. Its crazy because i went through a similar experience to yours. I ate a weed edible (not laced) and it caused me severe downward spiral due to a bad high. Ever since then, i was afriad to eat things and scared that everything was contaminated with a drug that would somehow get me high. I would hold my breath at events if i smelled weed so i highly relate to that. About a year later I had a serious freakout and it caused a severe panic attack. Ive been getting better, but very slowly. I'm so glad you are doing better in your life. All the love to you

Thank you for sharing this 🩷 I grew up with overweight parents too and all the diets and projected insecurities. I was born in 2002 and was going through really hard times with addiction and panic attacks during this same time so it brings me some comfort to know that we were not going through that alone and that we are both living such better lives now because of the hardships!!! I love your content :D I’d love to hear some of you and your bfs lore tbh

dig your scrumptious style && brown🤎 on the rad monkey shirt. Your mom sounds like my mom only my mom was on drugs. I think your my soulmate🌿🖤 I lay on the bathroom floor to feel better too I have major anxiety && CPTSD related panic attacks out of nowhere which have changed my life as well. My mamaw had the same with her she was worried about everything and I think I also have that with me. Maybe it’s not only we are what we eat but where we eat becomes us. Like the people we are around && places figure into how we eat especially if we’re eating somewhere for free. How I relate is unreal, I think I need advice on how to heal❤ you are loved Ps. your art rocks 🤘🏼

I fear d&ugs so much because of my parents. As well as friends making bad decisions etc I would be paranoid I would get second hand 24/7 girl. I would have panic attacks to the point where I wouldn’t eat and I associated eating with throwing up. People around me accused me of binging and purging and doing it to loose weight (1 main person who actually struggled with it) and it was really very hard for me and I don’t wish it on anyone.

I also remember having my first panic attack there was a thunderstorm and loud thunder outside that triggered it and Icarly was on. I remember feeling trapped outside of my body and numb I couldn’t move. I’m now on meds and have been for yearrrs this started when I was like 6 years old 🥹

In any moment you do feel out of control, you must try to take control on that emotion and convince yourself you are fine and its oki. I had panic attacks to because of a too agitated life and what i did is that is induced an enough amount of it so i could control it after, so nomatter what happened after wile getting into a closed space I managed to cope with it far better every time. To this day i remember not to get scared when i'm to agitated and i cope without having them. I hope this helps if it can and I wish you a blessed and wonderful everyday

Of course I would like to thank you for sharing your experiences with us and being sososo very vulnerable. I know that it can be incredibly hard to open up even with people you trust so doing it with your audience is truly something that I and all your viewers appreciate. I am so happy to see that you have come out the other side of many storms a stronger and more beautiful person ❤ Btw, I haven't finished watching the video so I might make edits here if I need to add anything, but I want to point out your shirt at 22:15 is of Our Lady of Guadalupe! She's a prominent religious figure in the Catholicism after her appearance to a humble native on Tepeyac hill in Mexico! So as you may well imagine, this depiction of Mary is very well beloved among Mexicans and Catholics around the world, of which I happen to be both! I am very happy that you can appreciate her beauty within your t-shirt collection, and I agree that the specific image on your shirt is beautifully illustrated and colored!

I’m at the 36 min mark but wow, I’ve had plenty of food struggles & I can relate to A LOT & never have I met any1 to relate to with these things, my main fear is getting drügd (spelled wrong on purpose) & I’m 5+ years sober so I’m so scared of that & my big fear w food is choking but yea I’m still watching OH & I also panicked off w33d & ppl say I was laced but I kno I wasn’t bc a group of friends had the same blunt & were perfectly fine, my body just did not like it

Our experiences are similar in some ways, I am two years older but I still live with my family, unfortunately. They are messy and hoarders and it's so hard to live there, I can't wait to move out, but it's not that easy. Their eating habits also aren't the best and our house is filled with food that nobody eats, too much of everything, but also nothing to eat, it's so weird. Also there is so many sweets and sweets are always kinda safe food for me when everything else feels disgusting, but after I feel sick, but it's so hard to stop...yeah, I totally get why you couldn't just change your diet while living with your family... And I actually love cooking, I know cus it's so fun when I'm at my boyfriend's family house and there is everything clean and not unncessary things everywhere. But at home it's just tiring to deal with all the mess and stuff. Also I developed contamination OCD after I realized someone from my family doesn't wash hands after using toilet and after that I became hyperfocused on what I touch. And the 2020 virus made it even worse. I don't have a fear of being sick, but I have fear of being disgusting and also absorbing someone's bad energy/bad vibes from being near them or touching them or touching something they touched for a long time etc. It also affects what I wanna eat at home, I don't like when someone is touching my food and then I don't wanna eat something even if it's healthy, I hate it. You really inspire me to believe everything will be better, I have high hopes, especially after I'll move out, that I will eat more healthily and move more and my OCD will be much much weaker.
