Not sure if u read comments but my son is 10 and when he first started hearing me throwing up he was overly concerned and so scared something was wrong with me and or the baby so it really helped when I sat him down just him and I and had a convo about what happens when a woman is pregnant and what we go thru and that it’s totally natural and actually morning sickness/all damn day sickness is actually a good sign and doesn’t hurt baby or mommy at all and now he is still taken back by it because I’m so noisy when I’m throwing up but he’s not scared anymore and knows his brother is completely okay also asked him to ask me at least 3 questions even if he thinks they are “dumb” questions I wanted at least 3 questions from him before we were done with the convo and he ended up asking me like 5 or 6 questions so it was an amazing convo that I didn’t even think to have with him until I saw him so concerned … hope this helps at least someone!!!
