it's 50 years of Nagaland Football Association (NFA) and also the home district of Dr T Ao where the trophy denotes it's name from and so to commemorate this event maybe it has shifted to Mokokchung instead of Kohima (where astro turf ground is located).

On a serious note Noklak district football association has no jersey to put on.. This kind of training equipment should not be entertained by match officials. It's is very clear that Nagas sports level is dated back to 80s
