Our entire shop went with wireless crane pendants. I know it's not the point of the video but watching you load the VTL with the wired pendant reminds me of the battles I had with mine loading a large horizontal. Watching the pendant swing far away when I accidentally let it go 🤣

Yeah, I don't think they're gonna go for it any time soon, but I hear you about letting go of the controller, and you're holding the piece cause it's kinda moving on you.

Impressive material removal with fix8. It creates huge load on the machine, our old Yoji doesn`t handle it. What´s your thought on this insert?

Almost a full ton of chips per part. Impressive. That FIX8 chip was viscous! You run the parts start to finish on both the VTL and Boring mill? What did the job take you? At least a week?

I notice that you started with a 100º corner of a CNMG, does that insert do a better job cutting through the mill scale than the FIX8?

2:14 - miszczu złocisty... posuw to będzie 0,76 mm/ obr.... ;-) ("Ciągle pracuje, wszystkiego przypilnuje - i jeszcze inni, niektórzy, wtykają mu szpilki - to nie ludzie, to wilki!" To byłem ja, Jarząbek : ) EDIT - znaczy, jeśli 0.030 in jest poprawną wartością, bo po namyśle to jednak refleksja mnie naszła, że 7,6mm/obr przy obwodzie ca 3,5 m to raptem 2 mm z groszami na metr bieżący materiału... no ale wtedy trza poprawić to 0.030 in. EDIT 2/ Korekta: Jak to mówią Rosjanie, "pośpiech jest dobry przy sraczce" (спешка хороша при поносе) - w 2:51 widać "jak byk", że feed to 0.030 in/rev.
