I know this amazing therapist who told me that one needs to live with someone for two years in order to get to know that person and decide if it's a good fit. These people are basically strangers. It takes real time to go beyond the façade. Frankly, I was not surprised the marriage of the Golden Bachelor ended after just three months.

I like that he talked one on one with her children, and they really liked him. I do think the do fit well together. I also like that he told the that he was not there to "replace their dad." I hope that this one lasts far longer than Gerry and Theresa's. Joan and Chock are not rushing into marriage and that is a plus. I think with the rwo of them living together will be the tell the truth. I wish them the best.
