Just to make sure people get the right idea. Choco would not get in any trouble if someone figure out what she look like IRL as she did not tell this certain individual who she is really. The only way Choco would get in trouble is if she actually told the individual she is in fact Yuzuki Choco which would be her violating her NDA meaning she would get terminated. In the scenario this clip is showing one of Choco's friend has a friend that's a huge Vtuber fan and that friend of a friend found out that she's Yuzuki Choco without Choco confirming it. Choco probably got all the info needed to mail this friend of a friend the NDA contract to make sure this individual get the message.

In my opinion, Choco's voice is indeed unique among the vtubers I've watched, but I don't think it's that unique in Japan. I think I heard a lot of people with similar voice to vtubers and you can't just confidently tell if it's really them. I think I've heard like 5 people with almost the same voice as Choco's (just the voice, the intonation and manner of speaking differs).
