Hy! I tried out ur recipe! It came out so good 🤤 the longer u refrigerate the better the taste is! Thank u for this wonderful recipe! I just moderated it little bit by adding 500 g of cream cheese nd 200 g Greek yogurt and added a dash of coffee to the choco nd heavy cream mixture! I also less sugar to suit my taste! Everyone loved it thnq so much! Do try this one!

Question? : I believe that chocolate tastes better at room temp/warm. Wondering if you serve cold or let it sit out the next day for an hour or more before serving? Any cheesecake that doesn't require a bain-Marie (water bath) is okay with me. This is the first recipe I've seen of a Basque cheesecake doesn't collapse into a flat pie. Well done #HomeCookingAdventure! This is really on par with a "dump cake" where one only needs a couple of bowls. Every day is made a lot better with your videos. To prevent the cheesecake from sticking to the pan, unless you have a super wide roll of parchment that covers the bottom & sides of the pan. Happy baking!

This cheesecake is called San Sebastian cheesecake in Turkey, but that’s without chocolate inserted in the cake. They pour chocolate sauce on top of each slice. Haven’t tasted it before, but it’s quite popular in Turkey. Does anyone know if it’s known in other parts of the world?
