Chocolate Cake| Chocolate sponge cake| Basic cake recipe
Ingredients:
Egg- 4 ( At room temperature)
powdered Sugar-1 cup ( 150g, mentioned 125 g in video, by mistake.). it's is equal to 3/4 cup regular granulated sugar. I powdered regular sugar.
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 &1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder-1/2 cup (50 g)
All Purpose flour/ plain flour-1 cup ( 130 g)
Vegetable Oil-3/4 cup (180 ml)
Vanilla Essence-1&1/2 teaspoon
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven ( preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes) at 180C for 30 minutes.
Pan size: I used a 6 inch pan, you may use a 7 or 8 inch pan as well.

I tried this recipe with my dad and mannnn!!!!! The best and PERFECT choclate cake recipe everr The cake came out so well,delicious,fluffy, and not too dry not too wet and uncooked. few tips- 1.I made double batter than shown in video 2.rotate the whole batter in just 1 direction otherwise cake doesn't become fluffy 3.always always and always use a butter paper(homemade is also fine)

This recipe needs vegetable oil, you can same amount of melted butter . Or else check our black forest pastry , it doesn't need oil, butter or milk.

Ok. I don't have the right words to say about this recipe other than perfect. This cake is amazing and I just tried it last night to make Black forest(which i dont know if you woukd recommend)and it came out so perfect. Other recipes don't have the perfect amount of cocoa. It's either to much or too little and usually I make so many adjustments to recipes but this one was just the one. I'm going to be using it over and over again even for very big cakes. Plus it's not very sweet.Thanx alot

Tried this today came out very well .. In cooker for 25 mins aproxmiately. Never expected as this was my first time, expected worst but unexpectedly came out so well I felt very good.. My little one loved it ❤ thank u.. Measurement was apt.. I reduced the quantity to half cup and accordingly other ingredients too.. I didn't use electric beater but still whisked my egg and other mixture as much as I can

Then add milk to it. Now add baking soda, wheat flour, and salt. Then mix well no lumps should come Add little oil mix and add rava.....(if needed) Then mould the batter bake it on a preheated tawa..for an hour 😊😊
