🍫 Chocolate Cake Recipe | HANSE

▶ ingredient (26cm x 8cm)
120g butter, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, 4ml vanilla extract, 100g melted dark chocolate,
120g cake flour, 15g cocoa powder, 2g baking powder, 50ml milk
160g dark chocolate, 100ml heavy cream
15g cocoa powder
Butter is unsalted unless otherwise stated.

▶ Recipe
1. Preheat oven in 170c, and melt chocolate
2. soften butter in bowl, and mix with usgar
3. add egg one at a time, and add vanilla
4. mix melted dark chocolate
5. mix weak flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
6. add milk and mix
7. put the paste in mold and bake in preheated oven (170c, 40~45min)
8. separate from mold when it's totally cooled down
9. heat and mix all ganache ingredients
10. pour it on the cake
11. wait for the ganache to harden
