Ingredients:
For the dough:
1. flour-210 g;
2. cocoa - 30 g;
3. baking powder-10 g;
4. milk - 100 ml;
5. butter - 30 g;
6. salt-pinch;
7. sugar - 90 g;
8. vanillin;
9. egg yolk - 1 piece;
For the glaze:
1. protein - 1 piece;
2. powdered sugar - 70 g.
How to cook:
1. in a bowl, mix sugar, salt and vanilla;
2. heat the milk;
3. melt the butter in warm milk;
4. pour into a bowl with sugar;
5. sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder;
6. knead the dough;
7. roll out the dough with a thickness of 1 cm, and cut out the figures by cutting;
8. Place on parchment and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees;
