Chocolate Chandelier!

This one is by far the most nerve-racking showpiece I've ever made, aside from a tiny metal hook on the top of it, this chocolate chandelier was crafted 100% out of chocolate.
It weighs 40lbs and has a 3ft diameter.
It was one of my favorite challenge for School Of Chocolate on Netflix!

@Amaury Guichon, your artistic talent with chocolate is simply amazing. But, beyond your talents, if what I saw on Netflix is honest, and not an act. Then you're a extraordinary human as well, willing to teach your craft with honesty, but also compassion. You continously encouraged contestants, even with their mistakes, not humiliate them, which in most cases will only cause more doubt in an individual. Of all the competitive reality series I've seen, yours is a cut above the rest. Keep sharing your skill and humanity with others.
