Chocolate Dress!

Throwback when I tried something new with a contemporain design chocolate showpiece, including so many details and techniques.
I love how the scissors flow with the bright pink dress! 🎀💃🏼✂️

He actually has a Netflix show called School of Chocolate where they make both the pastries and chocolate statues. For example they did a four person 4 feet tall showpiece in 16 hours. If it wasn't in a competitive setting it may take longer because they would have a chance to perfect their sculpture.

yeah, it took a lot of time, skill, detail, and effort than a lot of lazy modern art at the museum. He is a truly artist.

I have no idea how you managed to balance the scissors on the pile of buttons and also have the scissors bear the weight of the dress and hat without snapping at the base where the bottom handle of the scissors and the top button is joined. WOW!
