Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Light and fluffy and filled with lots of pockets of chocolate, these Chocolate Chip Pancakes are a delicious breakfast treat. These pancakes are perfect for the weekend, but easy enough for any day of the week.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for the griddle
2 eggs, separated
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Respectfully, if you put a little more time into editing these, measure out each ingredient before, and have the recipe with those measured ingredients you channel would be massive. I just found you and your recipes are awesome I’ve tried two now, but for newer chefs you need to label and measure everything before so people can follow along with you :)
