These tahini cookies are some of the most delicious and easy cookie recipes out there. This chocolate chip tahini cookie is a non dairy cookie recipe too.
In this video I’ll show you how to use tahini in baking with these ultimate cookies. Crunchy sesame seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla come together to make a healthyish chocolate chip tahini cookie. I have tried a lot of them, and I really feel like this is the best tahini cookie out there.
It's not a dinner recipe, but I do love to share these baking basics with you. Because dessert is important too, after all. This is one of the easiest baking recipes for someone just starting to learn to bake.
You don’t even need a mixer to bring this quick cookie dough together. These cookies are also great for a school lunch snack, or after school treats!

I see you have a Bob A Rela Album on the wall. I listened to that back in the late 70s and early 80s. I stumbled on that Disco album when i was listening to KRAFTWERK, also from Germany.
