Here I am sharing my go to recipe of chocolate cupcake with whipped dark chocolate ganache frosting .
In this video I have shared the perfect way to get flat top on cupcakes without cracks .
Ingredients:
Maida - 1/2cup (62gms)
cocoa powder - 1/4cup (25gms)
Baking powder - 3/4tsp
Baking soda - 1/8tsp
salt - pinch
powdered sugar - 3/4cup( 110gms)
Hot water - 1/4 + 1/8cup (90ml)
instant coffee powder - 1/2tbs
melted butter - 1/8tsp (30ml)
eggs - 1 1/2 (75gms)
vanilla essence - 1tsp
This measure will make 12medium size cupcakes
Baking time :
Bake In a preheated oven at 170C in the lower rack of oven.
For 10mins with the bottom rod on, then switch to convection mode for 5mins (with both top and bottom rod on)
*still if u are getting cracks on top ,then bake them at 160C
*Same baking method can be used for other cupcakes as well
