The 4.2% interests for the first $20k is guaranteed till 31 Dec 2024, how about the deposit? Is it possible for the deposit that we have put in drop?

If the deposit to drop, the yield needs to be negative. If the yield is negative or below 4.2, they will top it back up to 4.2%.
