I tried this is was so delicious I ate the whole thing could not save any for the next day Because I had been eating hazel nuts all week I used walnuts instead with coconut water and young coconut mixed in with the walnut milk Very pleased as I am vegan and gluten free and it meets both requirements

Hi how do you do the sea Moss gel? Great recipe and also can be keep the ice cream in the freezer? If you don't add the ice cubes and put the mixture in the freezer would be also other option?

I made it yesterday and it was really delicious!! Just only thing; it was more like a milkshake for me instead of ice cream, which I'm not complaining about ofcourse yum :), but I'm just wondering how I could get it thicker. It was already like a milkshake before I even put the icecubes in there. Anyway thanks for the great recipe!

Hi. Do you have any knowledge of using sea moss to make raw fruit ice popsicles? Any chance of you producing a vide experimenting with it to keep the ice pops together with little crystals?ThanksGerry

I tried to make your hazelnut ice cream tonight. Everything went well until the end. Mine did not get that ice cream consistency like yours. When you add the bananas what button are you pushing on the Blentec because I have the same machine. I pushed ice crush then ice cream after adding the ice. Please advise!

Instead of adding ice you should have just froze the mixture. Would have been creamier.

I know this post is old but I was wondering can the sea moss powder be used instead of the gel I got the powder I'm making the pills
@CaribSunsations5 жыл бұрын
The gel helps with the consistency and the powdered one is super strong in taste.

+troy Graham It is my pleasure. Sea moss is one of the most mineral rich substances from the ocean. We use it in a lot of our recipes. It is available at www.caribsunsations.com We also have an article explaining the benefits of it on our website. Peace and love to you.

I can tell that you are on a healthy track. *Everything from the sea is radioactive.* Eliminate the moss and sea salt from your diet. Use Himalayan pink salt from now on. Check out my 12 Countermeasure video for more health tips. Peace in.

Peace and thank for your comment.

Nothing radioactive from the Sea, please do not fall for these myths, Sea Moss is wonderful, but you are right about salt, but severely wrong about pink salt. ALL salt is inorganic sodium chloride and should be transitioned away from. And the most poisonous of all, Himalayan Salts… The level of minerals found in Himalayan pink rock salt are very, very tiny. To get any substantial nourishment from Himalayan pink rock salt, you’d have to eat several pounds of it! (Which would be lethal.) Himalayan pink rock salt is approx. 97% sodium chloride (common table salt). In a chemical analysis of Himalayan pink rock salt, compared to our daily nutritional requirements, it’s not even worth bothering. You don’t get any mineral nourishment worth even mentioning. But what you Do get from Himalayan pink rock salt is a whole bunch of toxic elements. Here’s a short list… Fluoride ~ 100ppm Aluminum ~ 0.661ppm Nickel ~ 0.13ppm Arsenic ~ 0.01ppm Bromine ~ 2.1ppm Antimony ~ 0.01ppm Cadmium ~ 0.01ppm Tellurium ~ 0.001ppm Barium ~ 1.96ppm All of these items are toxic to the human body. And that’s not even a complete list.
