Chocolate Mailbox!

This fully functional chocolate mailbox holds my 2022 Christmas log. Its composed with a duo color sable base, a raspberry ganache, a raspberry sponge, a yuzu and fresh raspberry compote, a light raspberry cream, and a vanilla mousse. You cannot get any if you're on the naughty list.

This is my first time checking the description. I appreciate the thought that goes into flavoring your components. Reading a description allows me to “taste” each component and see how they interact.
