This Chocolate Mango Chia Pudding is one of my favorite breakfast ever! It’s incredibly easy to make and keeps me full during the morning, I love it!
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons chia seeds
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk www.amazon.com...
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons date nectar www.amazon.com...
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup fresh mango puree
Fresh mango and coconut flakes for topping
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, cacao powder, date nectar, vanilla and milk.
2. Allow the mixture to sit for 15-20 minutes until it has thickened.
3. Give it a stir before serving then add the half of the chia pudding in a jar (cup or bowl). Top with the mango puree and spread it into an even layer and then add the rest of the chia pudding on top.
4. Finish with fresh mango and coconut flakes.
