Make the lavender sugar. Mix together equal parts food-grade lavender to sugar and pulse it until fine in a spice grinder or food processor, sifting out any large pieces that remain. <<< WOW, how simple and lovely! I bet it's wonderful for dusting on things like donuts, instead of the old sugar and cinnamon!

You can take any liquid plain yogurt instead of kefir
