@Nate: Brilliant recipe!👏👏👏 I think my Hallowe'en pumpkin is going to love partying with chololate.😅 I baked my smallish pumpkin and froze the pulp in 2 cup portions for later use. I'll let you know how my grandkids like it. Thanks!

Hi Nate! This looks delicious! I was wanting to do a pumpkin cheesecake for Christmas. But I might just do this instead! I have a question. Could I substitute pumpkin pie spice for the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg?
