I am type 2 diabetic and I make a chocolate pudding using 90% chocolate and sweetener, but I must say that meringue mix pack contains 282 grams of carbs!! There is no way that anyone should recommend using a product like that. If you don’t have type 2 diabetes, you soon will if using that rubbish!
