Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
3/4 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
6 Tbsp or 3/8cup Evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup White sugar
1 Large eggs
1/4 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Hot water
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
Pan for Moist Chocolate Cake
7 inches
Mousse ring pan or Springform pan
8 inches
Chocolate Mousse
500ml All purpose cream ,Chilled overnight
1 cup Melted chocolate, compound semi - sweet
1 1/2 tsp Gelatine, unflavored - I used Knox brand
2 Tbsp water
Chocolate Mirror Glaze
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Gelatine, unflavored -I used Knox brand
1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Water
3/4 cup All purpose cream
