Depending on which video you watch, it’s either a Musso 5030, Musso 4080 or CuisineArt ICE100.

Great way to use leftover cheesecake! I made a lemon ice cream using vanilla ice cream, lemon curd and lemon cheesecake. Turned out great! But I liked your idea of blending the cheesecake first. Could you do a cake batter ice cream? Cannot find that flavour in stores, only in ice cream shops.

Yep I’ll do Cake Batter later in the year for you 👍 I think a cheesecake with a strong difference in flavour to the base is magic for mouthfeel.

@@PolarIceCreamery Is it good? I’m currently using Unold which is sixth time cheaper but Ice cream came out quite hard sometimes especially when it’s didn’t contain egg yolk. Do yo think it’s worth the upgrade?

@@panudhonl6429 the more expensive machines have reliable overrun production, smoother ice cream results and overall better and fast churn times. They are though, only worth buying if you make a lot or you are passionate about making the best.

Thankyou for sharing your recipes with us. I want to know some of your icecreams like this one comes under Gelato as you have not used any stablizer. What is the difference b/w Gelato and icecream? What is ratio of each ingredient in icecream like how do you calculate that for 200ml of cream and milk one require this particular amount of SMP ,sugar etc etc.

I recommend you start by watching this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXbbiGhqpqh0gbM After that, stabilizer has nothing to do with it. Old school gelato didn’t use stabilizer, neither did ice cream. The differences were set before stabilizer became a “thing”. I’ll do another video about the calculation stage though as others have asked.

Is it possible to make sugar-free versions of any of your ice cream bases? Is there an artificial sweetener that you might recommend to replace the sugar? I will be attempting to make a 'keto' version of Haagen Dazs Strawberry and I am unsure where to start. I have watched all your Haagen Dazs videos. Have you ever considered a video on a keto ice cream base?

Sometimes it’s nice not to do the same thing over again, plus when this was filmed, all our stuff was in boxes being shipped.
