Yep, what you said about the Billie ellish fragrance, I got mine and didn’t really like it, I left it in the box and a month later maybe longer I came back and absolutely loved it, and now it is intoxicating!! ❤️

I just noticed last night that my Vanille Outremer is very similar to my Orchidee Vanille! Not quite as smooth & powdery but a good budget alternative.

I only have a couple of perfumes with cacao - the noticeable one is a pretty new one called Fresh World by Desigual, it pretty long lasting and was really cheap (I got it for about 20$ to get free shipping minimum and end up really liking it) - it was a pleasant surprise.

Omg i have been craving nothing but chocolate fragrances for some reason ..i just bought chocolate from ganache and smells soo good and the la maison de la Vanille noire de mexique has really grown on me after it had set for a couple days and i bought orchidee vanille on your recommendation and i have a tester also

Great subject! I had an Al Rehab choco musk it smelled like the milk after eating coco puffs . Angel is pretty controversial but they've changed the formula. I really liked Iris Ganache but who can afford that? Love your other suggestions tho I could go for chocolate scents these days

I adore Ordchidee Vanille sprayed into the air or even paper. The minute it hits my skin it goes strangely powdery and just "off" and then it disappears. I still try it in stores just to make sure though. It's weird.

Great video! You have me craving chocolate perfumes now! The Meleg and DUA sound great..can you smell the cherry as well in the Meleg? La Madison de la Vanille made a fragrance called Kilikao many hrs ago..it was a chocolate musk that was so light and beautiful, but it was discontinued and impossible to find unfortunately. I have had the chocolate musk in oil form…is the spray just like the oil? I would say my fav chocolate fragrance is CSP Amour de Cacao although to me it smells like the nuts sold by NYC vendors more than chocolate…

I just cannot get into chocolate perfumes but there's always exceptions to the "rules". I almost blind bought a bottle of Orchidee Vanille but something told me to get a sample first and so glad I listened to my gut instinct cause it was horrible smelling on me.

Have you ever tried Hugo Boss The Scent Private Accord? It was a big chocolate scent in KZbin in 2020 I think. Though it can be polarizing as it's a chocolate orange scent and that combo irks some people. I also like Montale Chocolate Greedy, but you probably wouldn't as it's chocolate note is kind of synthetic. Smells like straight Chocolate Tootsie Pops. It's very nostalgic for me lol.

I would agree with everything you say about how you don't like synthetic choclate fragrances, and then you talk about loving Choco Musk, LOL. I don't get how you can say Choco Musk is balanced and not synthetic, because to me it smells like a Palmer's fake choclate Easter bunny or any of those cheap, fake chocolates that are made of palm oil.

Mine doesn't smell like that at all. That fake chocolate smell is exactly what I don't like. My Choco Musk smells more like a creamy vanilla with a hint of chocolate. Mine doesn't smell like synthetic Chocolate at all.

@@SarahMayes hmm, maybe I got a bad batch and I should re-try. I had a rollerball version of Choco Musk and I threw it out. Maybe I would like the spray better. I guess I am wearing what some would call a chocolate perfume today- Lira. It seems chocolatey in the drydown, but when I first spray it on it seems more caramel.
