Turned on the TV and jumped over to Netflix. One of the latest programs was the School Of Chocolate with non other than this amazing artist. I'd never heard of him before watching the program. Now I have an idea who he is and what he does, I'm speechless watching him create one of a kind masterpieces in chocolate of all things. Chocoholic Heaven! Can you imagine if you are a chocoholic and you were his assistant. He's throwing chocolate pieces away, and your thinking No! No! No! I'll take that and dispose of it for you! 😋🤪🤣

in order for the ice cream to taste the best the softness, creamy and temperature have to 2-8 C which might to too high for making art

I respect the construction of this so much! I’ve seen so many chocolate art pieces that use foil and wire in the middle but never actual chocolate to form the inside. This was another level! 👏🏼

as a huge dragon and aquatic life fan, i will gladly share my opinion. i absolutely enjoy the satisfying ways you cut through the sweet chocolate, and how detailed all your art you have done. as a sea serpent fan as well, i love how many specific details you put all in it, from the head to the individual fins and underbelly armor plates to the wavy whiskers, there’s just so much to say. i love how you make all these sculptures of different things- almost like you can think of an idea and create it out of chocolate! man, my final words, this is no talent a person can manage to have over a passage of time- you were born with this. ❤

I have seen his videos around social media for like the passed 5+ years then one day about 3 weeks ago School of Chocolate was on Netflix.
