We’re joined in the Keylink Kitchen by Paul A. Young as we discover Valrhona's innovative Inspiration range of fruit couvertures. In today’s video, we’re tasting Valrhona’s Passion Fruit Inspiration. Made from a blend of cocoa butter and freeze-dried passion fruit, this intensely tart and mouthwatering couverture gives all the fresh and fruity flavour of real passion fruit, as well as the summery yellow hue. It’s ideal in mousse or ice cream, or even to create delicious and colourful decorations.
