Yeah, unfortunately. Slow the clip down and you can see it's just the @%$*slightest*$%@ over-adjustment from in front of to behind his head. AK no play nice.

Pretty sure it's actually just good game design the holo is zeroed to 100m and its higher than the iron sights on the gun so if you aim at the forehead of someone from 10m you are going to shoot just over their head. It's worse with different guns that have different heights between the barrel and sights i.e. The QBZ which has really high sights compared to the barrel. Wacky did a video on it
