Its great to see more and more growing of Western Ngakpa these days. Chöd is originated in Tibet by Machig Labdron in 11th century. This practice is direct cut to your ego and generate Bodhicitta for all sentient beings. 🙏🪷☸️💎🌷🌈

What a harmonious voice she has reciting the mantra. Im Scottish so couldn't understand the words, however I still know I heard something profound. A question,- everybody uses the right hand to turn the drum while the left hand uses the bell. Must this be done this way, even if say in my case I'm left handed. Or could I do it the opposite way?? 🤔
