I've had it in Wyvern mode for awhile, but boy do I miss the Hunter, time for a change! Also, and I think you'd dig this, in Hunter form, I had the shield split into wings like it is in dragon mode. It gives it more of that Super Robot feel you're desiring. Looks great like that IMO.

God I love that pose at 6:10... shear badassry. Though... I do which you could of had the sword with the angled gripping hand with the sword posing downward and the dragon head turned upright.

I'm not at all into monster hunter but this figure looks absolutely stunning. If you were to ask me as a 5 year old what my dream toy would be I'd have said "awesome robot dragon that can turn into an awesome knight and has a dragon head arm" I never thought that dream would come true

I have this as my 1st ever chogokin figure and I love it. Got it for a decent price and it does looks gorgeous! I found the paint will scratch very easily if you not careful enough while you swapping the hands.

Man, I wish I had money. This looks really awesome. Though unlikely, it would be cool if in the event they ever do anther one, that it has dual blades. Maybe it could be a Nargacuga.

That's not a Sword and Shield...it's a Charge Blade you can tell by the interlocking mechanisms on the shield and the grip on the sword.

You mentioned how there was going to be a "Zinogre" figure too, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find it anywhere online. I found the Gore Girl (which btw, does look pretty nice to have a "Monster Girl" theme for her). Don't suppose you could either source your findings, could you please?

I'd suggest the Revoltech Monhan figures for absolute accuracy. Though the Revoltech joints may or may not be a dealbreaker. At least they got figures for the Hunter's armor sets, too. (Rathalos and Zinogre Blademaster armor, specifically)

I'm glad you shed some light on this guy. I had to pre order him as soon as he got announced. Though the Rathalos form is meh at best, the hunter mode had me amazed. It definitely looks awesome next to mazinkaiser skl and other figures. There needs to be more MH hunter figures lol Revoltech needs to jump back it! Thanks for the awesome review as always

I have the black version and I've placed the shield as wings in the figures Hunter form. Looks much better that way imo. Also V3 you should know that there are Knight resembling robots, such as Escaflone as an example and this Figure screams Knight from every angle imo. Anyhow I really like my black ver. KA Rahtalos, also funny that Katoki had a something to do with monster hunter and I'm quite amazed you didn't mention Katoki Hajime in your review.

Have you ever considered reviewing the Zoids HMM line?? They are MG level kits and look awesome! There is no well- known, consistent reviewer that has reviews on YT. If you got into the Zoids it would be a great opportunity to expand your channel! 😊

+TYPE V3 well I disagree I think many people like the HMM Zoids, it obviously doesn't have as large a fan base as Gundams but they're still very popular. I'm sure a good chunk of your viewers/followers have built at least one or are interested in them. Also it's funny that you forget that you're someone that's influential in the Gunpla community; I'm sure if you ever posted a review about a Zoid you'd get a TON more people interested in them... But whatever, keep doing your thing man..

More the head is just identical to the high rank armour's head piece and the chest is quite close to that of the high rank armour as well.
