Wish I had some place like that where I could scream out loud with a bunch of music lovers and dance to its rhymes. Beautiful.

Hi Rick, I have watched a bunch of these now and I am curious as to where these take place? What country? What city? Are you all just random people that get together and sing occasionally or is this a group? BTW, You guys do sound great.

@@MrMetz2112 Choir! Choir! Choir! Is actually a number of things. Based in Toronto Ontario Canada, first and foremost, it's Daveed and Nobu (affectionately know as Dabu). What started about 9 years ago grew. There are a bunch of "regulars" that call ourselves a C!C!C! ommunity and we sing with them pretty much every chance we get. There are also a couple of levels of "performance choirs" and it's often based on the numbers that they need for a specific event. I have been invited on a couple of occasions when they have needed 100+ singers. When it calls for less, then it is usually the longest term "members". At it most basic though, it is an open, nonauditioned bunch of random people that get together, learn the song in three part harmony and then, at the end of the night, they record the final product. Before the pandemic, it was usually Tuesday night in the back of a bar in downtown Toronto. $5 for a lyric sheet and grab a beer (tip well) and sing! It has become my favourite thing to do in my life. Up until the pandemic, Dabu has done a lot more travelling, which I'm sure that they will do as soon as this is over. They actually had to postpone a European Tour because of the virus. If you join their FB Group or go to their website at www.choirchoirchoir.com you can get on their mailing list and know what they are doing and when.

I could stay awake just to hear you breathing Watch you smile while you are sleeping While you're far away and dreaming I could spend my life in this sweet surrender I could stay lost in this moment forever Every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure Don't want to close my eyes I don't want to fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing 'Cause even when I dream of you The sweetest dream will never do I'd still miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing Lying close to you, feeling your heart beating And I'm wondering what you're dreaming Wondering if it's me you're seeing Then I kiss your eyes And thank God we're together And I just want to stay with you in this moment forever Forever and ever I don't want to close my eyes I don't want to fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing 'Cause even when I dream of you The sweetest dream will never do I'd still miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing I don't want to miss one smile And I don't want to miss one kiss And I just want to be with you Right here with you, just like this And I just want to hold you close I feel your heart so close to mine And just stay here in this moment For all the rest of time Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Don't want to close my eyes Don't want to fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing 'Cause even when I dream of you (even when I dream) The sweetest dream will never do I'd still miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing I don't want to close my eyes I don't want to fall asleep 'Cause I'd miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing 'Cause even when I dream of you The sweetest dream will never do I'd still miss you baby And I don't want to miss a thing Don't want to close my eyes I don't want to fall asleep, yeah And I don't want to miss a thing

Catching up on watching old Choir! Choir! Choir! videos, and it gives me a giggle to see that you have edited in the false start and DaBu's reactions and instructions. This will help people who never get to Toronto C!C!C! to have a sense of how awesome it is. So many laughs as we learn the song. Love this one.

Sure, they bitch about "ooos" at the beginning... But noone brings up the comedy of why this song exits? It plays over top of a "sweet" scene of the lead singer's daughter doing a dumb scene with her "lover." I watched this movie 5 times in the theater in '98, and I eventually started to laugh out loud when this scene happened. (Though, really, to be fair, I bought the CD and I still listen to this song in happy nostalgia.)
