Chole Bhature Recipe Restaurant Style | छोले भटूरे रेसिपी | Khatte Aloo | Mooli Gajar Ka Achar
Bhature Ingredients :
1 cup maida Makes 3 big Bhatura:
1 cup maida
1 tbsp Fine Sooji
1 Tbsp Sour Curd
1/4th tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oil
1/4th tsp baking soda
1/4th Cup Hot Water
* Use Less Oil
Use Fine Sooji & Fine Sugar
Ingredients For Chole:
1 cup chole
1 tsp salt
pressure cook for 30 mins medium slow flame
1/4th cup fresh coconut
2 tbsp kaju paste
1/2 tsp magaj paste
2 tbsp green chillies chopped
1 tbsp green coriander chutney
1/4th cup water
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp crushed whole garam masala
1badi ealichi, 2 green elaichi, 2 cloves, 2 black pepper, small piece javitri, little jaiphal
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4th tsp asafoetida
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp fresh pomogranate seeds
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1 tbsp green chillies
1 1/2 cup hot water
1/2 chole masala powder
1/4th tsp kitchen king masala powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
cook or around 20 mins till oil floates
1 cup hot water
handful of coriander
1/4th khoya sweet / barfi / milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
Instant Mooli Gajar Ka Achar
Ingredients:
2 Radish
2 Carrots
2 tbsps fennel seeds
1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds/ black rai
1 tbsp jeera
1/4tsp dana methi
1/4th tsp ajwain
1/2 tbsp asafoetida powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup slit green chillies
4 tbsps vinegar
1 cup mustard oil
Khatte Aloo for chole bhature:
Ingredients:
4 Boiled Potaoes
1/2 tsp red chillies
1/2 garam masala powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 dry fenugreek leaves
2 tsp anardana powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp mustard oil

Hi, very nice recipe. One question _ are these pital utensils safe to use without the kali? I remember we used to have these utensils with silver coating inside called kali.
