Chole recipe
Serves 5 persons
Ingredients
11/2 cup Kabuli Chana cleaned, washed soaked as explained in video
1 Tbsp Ghee
3 Tomatoes Finely chopped
1 tsp crushed coriander leaves
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Two Small part of Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
Few black Pepper seeds
few green Cardamom
1/4 tsp black pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 big size potato as explained in video
Add Soaked Chana
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 big size onion Grated
half cup whipped curd
2 1/2 cup water
2 bay leaves
Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves
1 Tsp Mixed Garam Masala
Add Tadka
Ghee
5 chopped onions
few dry red chillies
Aloo ki Sabji
Serves 5 persons
Ingredients
2 Big Boiled potatoes
1/4 Tsp Dana Methi
1 Tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp black and plain salt each
1 Tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Hing
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 1/2 Cup water
1 tbsp Ghee
finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies
Tadka
3 Tbsp Ghee
4 big onion sliced
dry red chillies
garnish with coriander leaves
1 tsp mix masala Powder
pinch of hing dissolved in water
Karachi Halwa
Serves 5 persons
Ingredients
1 Cup Ghee
2 green Cardamom
1 cup Sooji/ Semolina
11/2 Cup Sugar
41/2 Cup Water
pinch of Kesar colour
Puri Recipe
Serves 4 persons
ingredients
11/2 cups maida
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
1 cup warm water
